Draft Motion:

TCC Opposition to Grantville Redevelopment
North of the San Diego River

Motion:

The TCC is opposed to any development on the north side of the San Diego River within or adjacent to the current rock quarry site. The TCC believes the rock quarry’s current Conditional Use Permit should be followed: that the site should revert to its prior natural state when quarry operations have concluded. The TCC registers this opinion as an entering position pertaining to future development planning by the quarry operator, Superior Redi-Mix, or to any master plan or development plan work associated with Grantville Redevelopment.
