CDC Committee Members and interested parties

This Thursday evening the Community Development Committee of the Tierrasanta Community Council will meet at the La Mirage complex to review a proposal to permanently install a gate with controlled access to the La Mirage property.  This request was anticipated and is the logical follow on to the initial discussions/approval of the temporary gate which TCC approved many many years ago.  For those of you that are not aware, La Mirage must be vigilant in their security plans as their location makes them a prime target for car theft, etc.  Mr. Kevin Grani will meet the CDC members at the leasing office and walk us through a brief tour of the gate site.  All drawings will be available and any questions addressed.  As a matter of background, La Mirage management/ownership and the TCC have always agreed that it is mutually advantageous to oppose any completion/connectivity of Santo Road from Friars Road to 52.  Any additional traffic flow would exacerbate the crime exposure of La Mirage and adversely impact the entire Tierrasanta Planning Area as a frontage road for 15 traffic.  Please RSVP your intention to attend.
