Item 1: 6:30PM: Determine CDC official membership. Determine new CDC policy on establishing a quorum; verify a quorum.

Item 2: Convene the CDC with the County Water Authority (CWA). Review the County Water Authority's pipeline lining project and prepare a recommendation to the full TCC.

Item 3: CWA to provide information on the other projects and their cumulative impact on the community. Possible CDC discussion on recommendations for Staging Area restoration following CWA pipeline project
