Item 1: Goal of the committee. What is our job?
Item 2: Direction from TCC and city council-Put it in writing and get it clear for everyone to agree to.
Item 3: Scope of the committee: What can we look at?
Item 4: Openness and 72 hour in advance agendas
Item 5: How many members will we have? Requirement for a quorum.
Item 6: How often will we meet?
Item 7: Where will we meet?
Item 8: Who should be on the committee? Who should not be on the committee?
Item 9: Communication to the TCC and the Councilmember: how often and by whom?
Item 10: Community input, how do we get it: Tierra times, surveys on the TCC website, mail blast to the community mailing list, etc.
Item 11: Create our own page on the TCC website to host our issues
