Non Agenda Public Comment: Dan Lazarro congratulates Scott on tying the knot.

Item 4 – Minutes from September 25:  Motion to Approve the Minutes from September 25 by Elaine, Second by Paula. 

Passes 9-0-3.

Item 5 – Survey Update:

Motion by Dan to remove Question 7, Second by Joe.  Question called.

Passes 10-0-1

Motion by Neill, Second by Joe to re-word question 10.
“Please indicate your age: 17- under, 18-49, 50 +”.
Passes 11-0.

Motion by Elaine to accept survey as corrected, Second by Paula. 

Passes 11-0-0.

Item 6 – HOA/Church/PTA distribution list:  Elaine thanks Linda and David for their work on the list.

Item 7 – Community Forums:  October 15^th at 7:00 PM is the first forum in Room 3 of the Rec Center.  We will add the forums dates and locations to the flyer and survey intro.  November 3^rd at 11:00 AM at the Portofino Clubhouse.  Neill will be present at both meetings.  Scott will be at 15^th.  Linda can be at 3^rd. 

Item 8 – Website Issues:  No items.

Item 9 – Facilities Financing:  Scott would like to have the committee think about financial impacts of the choices.

Item 10 – Old Business:  None

Item 11 – New Business:  None.

Next Meeting Oct 23^rd, then Nov 6.
