Tierrasanta has a very successful program utilizing volunteers to investigate and resolve violations of our Codes, Covenants, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) as well as other zoning and municipal codes. With over a 90% compliance rate, most violations are corrected through our volunteer efforts without the need to involve the City and the fines that can be imposed. If you are having a problem in your neighborhood, use this form to confidentially report the problem to the Community Maintenance Committee of the Tierrasanta Community Council.
