Motion (Tibbetts / Zuckerman): TCC approves the following motion:

The TCC requests and expects to be offered representation on any citizens’ advisory body that is formed or reformed to provide citizen oversight of redevelopment activities in the Grantville Redevelopment plan area. Such representation should be proportional to the amount of redevelopment area lying within the Tierrasanta Community Plan area, or approximately 18% of the involved seats.

If Grantville Redevelopment citizen oversight is split by sub-area, then the TCC expects to have representation on the body overseeing sub-area “B” at a proportion significantly greater than 18% of the involved seats. The TCC does not expect to have representation on the body overseeing sub-areas “A” or “C”.
