ACTION / INFORMATION ITEMS
1.
Consideration of the addition of 72 apartments at the eastern
terminus of Tierrasanta Blvd. as proposed by the H.G. Fenton Company, owners
of the El Dorado Hills Apartments. The project would include 3-story
buildings, 143 parking spaces for residents, and an additional 26 diagonal
spaces for public use on Tierrasanta Blvd. Daytime access by the public to
the San Diego River area will be provided. This matter was reviewed by the
Community Development Committee and forwarded on to Council for full
discussion with no official position taken.
2.
Request by the Serra Foundation for the Tierrasanta Community Council
to maintain the “Serra Corner” at an approximate annual cost of $2500 until
such time as a vote is taken to expand the Tierrasanta Open Space
Maintenance Assessment District. (Frank DeBaca)
