Attached please find a scanned copy of our response to your letter
requesting an extension to the MFH DEIS 45-day review period. The
letter was
signed out today and I wanted to get it to you as soon as possible so
apologize for the informality. I will also follow up with a phone call
to
make sure you receive it okay. I will mail out the original letter
today as
well. You are probably aware that the Department of the Navy also
received a
request for an extension from Councilman Madaffer which we also
responded to
in writing. Please call or e-mail if you have any questions. Look

to hearing from you, the community and agencies at our public meeting
tomorrow night.
