Most if not all projects/developments
in Tierrasanta have "COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS --CC&R's-- with
specific restrictions identified that are assigned to the properties. They
are registered and recorded on the deed to the property and are on file with
the San Diego County Recorder's Office. They are typically more restrictive
than the San Diego Municipal Code. CC&R's ARE A PART OF THE TITLE
REPORT that every buyer accepts during escrow and purchase of their
property. They are legal and enforceable. They do not expire.
