1.  Two (2) Small Drain projects necessary at Community and Monserate Parks. 

2.  Tree planting throughout community and declining Sycamore tree removals ongoing at TSanta Blvd center median and Villa Norte Park

3.  Asphalt repairs, slurry and restriping at Community Park pool lot upon permission to proceed from ADA folks.

4.  Cul-de-sac planting planned at Corte Playa Laguna

5.  Donated bench being installed at Norte Park

6.  Sidewalk grinding necessary at some parks.

7.  Ongoing Valve, Irrigation Cabinet and Irrigation Controller Replacements.

8.  Railroad Ties and ornamental planting in Business District need replaced.  

            F.         Current and Proposed Herbicide Usage in Tierrasanta MAD -- Ongoing

            G.        San Diego County Water Authority Access to Mission Trails Regional Park construction site for pipeline work and Flow Regulatory Structure: timeline, status of ingress/egress issues, impact on Tierrasanta MAD, etc.

A.        Maintenance of Tierrasanta Parks, Joint Use Sites, Center Islands, Streets-Right-of-Way, Improved Open Space and Unimproved Open Space Areas—  Business as Usual
