Home Up Parade 2003

TierraFest is a annual joint endeavor of the Tierrasanta Community Council, Tierrasanta Recreation Council, Kiwanis Club of Tierrasanta and the Tierrasanta Junior Women's Club. All proceeds raised are used to fund youth projects in theTierrasanta/Murphy Canyon community.


Spring 2003 TierraFest Weekend

TierraFest Weekend on May 17, 2002 with the Patriots Day Parade, Crafts Fair, Home Tour, Spaghetti Dinner and Dusk Fireworks brought the residents of the Tierrasanta/Murphy Canyon Community together at another Spring of successful events.

SATURDAY, MA Y 17, 2003

The 17th Annual Patriot's Day Parade is very near.

The parade is a symbol of what makes our community such a great place to live.. The Tierrasanta Kiwanis Club encourages everyone touched by our community, whether you are an individual, local merchant or a large organization with a branch in, or near Tierrasanta or Murphy Canyon, to join in this special celebration by participating in the parade and joining us later at the Spaghetti Dinner. The Parade starts at 10:00 am. and moves along a 6/10 mile route from Serra High School through the main commercial area of Tierrasanta and disperses on the Farb Middle School grounds. Participants will be offered refreshments and fresh fruits at Road Runner Park adjacent to the Middle School dispersal area.

Fire Works at dark and the Spaghetti Dinner will be held that evening from 4:00 to 9:00 P.M. at the:

Tierrasanta Community Park, 11220 Clairemont Mesa Blvd

The nature of YOUR entry is entirely up to you, and might be anything from one or more people walking or riding in a vehicle carrying your sign or banner, to a motorized or, man‑powered float. All we ask is that it is in good taste and safe Enter NOW for the fun and help us Celebrate.

The Parade starts promptly at 10‑A.M. on Saturday May 17, 2003

Note NO ENTRY FEE.
