The agenda is used an official working guide from which the Tierrasanta Community Council conducts its meetings.

The minutes are the official record of the actions taken by the Council at the meeting. Draft Minutes are proposed Minutes subject to approval at the next meeting. Once approved by vote of the Council, they become final Minutes.
