    Greetings,

Not sure if this is the correct forum to ask this question; so please re-direct me if necessary.

Am a resident of Villa Porto Fino a community within Tierrasanta and for the last six months a contractor has been working apparently on a long-term goal of replacing all water lines in this area. Active work is being conducted on Esmeraldas Drive and Escobar Drive.
Is this work planned to correct leaking pipes, contamination of the lines or is it part of a replacement of all pipes due to the 40 year old age of the existing piping?

Thanks in advance for your support.

      Hello Tom,

Thank you for reaching out. This is planned work as maintenance on the lines as I understand it. I do not beleive that there was contamination or urgent leaks to address. It will be a long-term project that will continue throughout the community for the next 2 years, potentially.

      Thank You,

      Chris Shamoon
