At the January 16, 2013 meeting, the traffic engineer who is performing the traffic study for the proposed Kaiser Permanente hospital by the corner of Clairemont Mesa Boulevard and Ruffin Road gave a presentation of his findings preliminary to their incorporation in the Draft Environmental Impact Report on the project. Council Members and community members asked questions. The Council did not take a position since there has been no opportunity to review the final findings or the Draft Environmental Impact Report.
We are expecting the Draft Environmental Impact Report including the traffic study to be available in late February. At that time we will post the document or a link to it on the Council website.
